We are seeking digitally experienced and helpful individuals like you to join our diverse team of Operations Agents in Benidorm, Spain.
You will serve as the link between the Operations Support Hub, Central Functions, and across the Destination. Your responsibilities include assisting the Operations Support Team Manager with staff onboarding and offboarding, as well as supporting all related office management functions in your area.

ABOUT YOU
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the leisure and tourism industry, ideally in booking administration.
- Flexibility to work different shifts from Monday to Sunday.
- Ability to solve problems independently, embrace our digital culture, and adapt quickly to changes and new skills.
- Collaborative team player.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English. A driver's license and own car are required for this role.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Manage petty cash transactions and cash reconciliations.
- Assist with device management, including registration and setup queries.
- Order and deliver uniforms, assist with staff accommodation and car rentals.
- Maintain office facilities, supplies, building maintenance, reception, and courier services.
- Support TUI Reps in destination with onboarding, offboarding, visas, documents, and payment cards.
- Assist the Operations Support Hub with local staff commissions and destination queries.
- Conduct health and safety checks for staff accommodation at the start and end of the season.
