Job Description : Tasks :

• Client acquisition for the Italian market.
• Generation of leads through email marketing campaigns and cold calling.
• Customer relationship management: follow-up with existing clients to build steady and effective collaborations and close deals.
• Development of new sourcing channels.
• Providing consulting activities to recommend services that best suit clients' business models.
• Attending meetings with customers to close deals and gather requirements.
• Researching and updating market trends in the IT sector, Talent Acquisition market, and Benchmarking.
• Proposing and developing new business and sales strategies, adapting to market needs.

Requirements :

• Currently enrolled in a University Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or related fields, with the ability to sign a University Agreement.
• Positive and convincing attitude.
• Energetic, organized, and proactive personality.
• Excellent at approaching new people via phone, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
• Good presence on the phone and in emails.
• Strong writing skills with a professional and appealing style.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a desire to be occupied, take responsibilities, and achieve objectives.
• Excellent Italian (written and spoken).
• Good English and Spanish (written and spoken).
