Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives responsible for selling service contracts.
  • Territory includes : France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal.
  • Prepare accurate monthly forecasts of orders and revenue.
  • Collaborate with service and FAs teams to support their goals and drive business.
  • Leverage practical process improvement (PPI) to streamline processes.
  • Plan and oversee staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales programs.
  • Manage, develop, mentor, and empower the sales force to meet high professional standards and sales targets.
  • Assess staff performance, provide mentorship, and guide to ensure efficiency.
  • Ensure smooth information flow within support groups to facilitate operations.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of the business climate, applications, and competition in the geography.
  • Monitor customer preferences to focus sales efforts.
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed.

What We’re Looking For :

Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience in the Life Sciences sector is a plus.
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in French, Italian, and / or Spanish is a bonus.
  • Deep understanding of people management, sales strategies, and tactics.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • 3-5 years of experience leading and developing sales teams preferred.
  • 5 years of sales experience.

Skills and Abilities :

Strong communication skills, relationship-building, and customer engagement talents. Passion for teamwork and delivering outstanding customer service in a collaborative environment.
