The Director of Enrollment is responsible for the strategic leadership of student recruitment at Abu Dhabi Hospitality Academy – Les Roches. This role ensures alignment with the institution’s five-year growth plan for undergraduate and postgraduate programs, focusing on high-level planning, data-driven decision-making, and overseeing recruitment strategy execution. The Director mentors the Country Enrollment Manager, ensures enrollment goals are met, and fosters strong industry and governmental relationships.
This role also contributes to the broader development of the UAE’s hospitality sector, encouraging Emirati talent to pursue careers in the industry.
- Develop and implement a three-year enrollment strategy aligned with ADHA-Les Roches' objectives.
- Oversee target setting, budgeting, and forecasting for student recruitment.
- Ensure strategies are data-driven, leveraging analytics to refine tactics.
- Establish sustainable recruitment initiatives based on local and regional market trends.
Department Setup & Leadership :
- Establish the Enrollment Department, defining roles and responsibilities for an effective structure.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing enrollment team, fostering continuous professional development.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration :
- Build strong relationships with government entities, embassies, and industry leaders.
- Work closely with Les Roches' global enrollment teams to align with institutional goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to support enrollment strategies.
Recruitment Events & Market Positioning :
- Guide the Enrollment Manager in organizing Open Days, VIP B2B Events, and educational fairs.
- Identify new lead generation opportunities to enhance recruitment channels.
- Ensure campus branding and messaging align with Les Roches’ strategic vision.
Compliance & Reporting :
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with Les Roches policies and UAE education regulations.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on recruitment progress and market trends.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Education, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Extensive experience in hospitality, especially in enrollment and admissions roles.
- Minimum 10 years in student recruitment, sales, or admissions within educational or hospitality sectors.
- Proven leadership in an international or multicultural environment.
- Strong understanding of hospitality education and higher education trends.
Knowledge & Skills
- Successful track record in developing and executing enrollment strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for government and industry engagement.
- High-level strategic planning and team mentorship skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency preferred.
