Clinical Sales Specialist - Prosthetics (18 open positions over the course of 2025 and 2026)

Locations : Remote, based in area of Responsibility. Multiple positions are available for the following areas: Nordics (NO, DK, SE, FI), UK, Spain & Portugal, Italy, France, North-West Germany, North-East Germany, South-West Germany & Switzerland, South-East Germany & Austria.

Position Overview: We are looking for a relationship builder—a true people person—with strong commercial acumen and a passion for improving patient outcomes. You will operate the full sales cycle: from lead generation and prospecting to clinical demonstrations, product certifications, patient trials, and long-term account management. Your clinical credibility will help build trust with CPOs, while your business sense will drive adoption and regional growth. This is a sales role with clear revenue targets, where success comes from blending technical insight with strong relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operate as the main contact for your territory for all Prosthetics queries, including prospecting & lead generation: actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outreach, fairs, networking, and industry events.
  2. Lead qualification & product demonstration/certification: assess leads, organize demos, and support CPOs during product fittings.
  3. Customer engagement & trials: build trust with CPOs and support patient trials by acquiring necessary clinical and technical skills.
  4. Negotiation & pricing: drive product adoption by understanding the financial needs of clinics, CPOs, and patients to maximize revenue.
  5. Relationship nurturing: maintain relationships with adopters through visits, presentations, and workshops.
  6. Order management: oversee the sales process, record orders in CRM/ERP, and collaborate with production and logistics.
  7. Insurance & reimbursement support: assist CPOs with patient reimbursement processes, documentation, and reports.
  8. Event management: manage presence at trade fairs and industry events; present at scientific congresses and forums as required.
  9. Marketing collaboration: facilitate joint marketing campaigns, relay customer insights, and support product launches.

  • Trusted partner in customer success: support trials, deliver training, and help CPOs integrate solutions into clinical practice.
  • Adaptable & resourceful: thrive in a startup environment, take initiative, solve problems independently, collaborate across teams.
  • Technically curious & clinically credible: eager to master clinical and technical aspects, understand CPO and patient needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in prosthetics, kinesiology, sports sciences, engineering, or related life sciences or business disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience with an established network in prosthetics or orthotics.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in local language(s) and English; additional languages a plus.
  • Strong practical tech skills, proficiency in Google Suite, email management, CRM practices.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage responsibilities independently, and willingness to travel up to 80%.
  • Valid driver’s license.
