The objective of this position is to maximize the profitability of our assigned Multibrand dealers across EMEA, to make the business relationship with them easier and to develop a professional bond with those dealers that will allow us to create a partnership in the long term. You will play a key role in managing a dealer portfolio, implementing and improving the ADVENTURE SPORTS GROUP EUROPE service model. You will have the necessary tools, media, support, and guidance to meet dealer expectations. Your responsibilities include verifying and confirming the order book for your dealers, ensuring efficient and timely delivery, and reporting on performance indicators. Success requires a strong customer service orientation, proactivity, adaptability, enthusiasm for learning, and empathy to foster social relationships. The company will support your development with training, coaching, and regular meetings. This position reports to the Customer Success Manager and offers the flexibility to work from home or our Barcelona office.

As the B2B Customer Success Representative, you will :

  • Manage a portfolio of Multibrand dealers across EMEA.
  • Manage the order book for your assigned dealers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service.
  • Manage operational relationships with dealers and sales teams.
  • Analyze data and generate statistics.
  • Perform order entry into the SAP system (ERP).
  • Track and follow up on orders, liaising with the warehouse.
  • Handle operational issues (refusals, returns, warranties, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate and concise information.
  • Prepare and maintain the customer order database.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to dealer and sales queries.
  • Manage proforma processes.

You should have :

  • Customer service experience in fast-moving consumer goods, retail, fashion, or sports industries.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, Excel, and experience with specific platforms and vendors.
  • Experience working in an EDI environment.
  • Digital and data orientation, including data consolidation, analysis, and processing.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and logistics management.
  • Proactivity, rigor, and adaptability.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Additional pluses include knowledge of other European languages.
