Technical Senior Business Analyst - Flight Operations

Join our crew management implementation team to analyze complex business problems related to aviation flight crew operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Installing software, conducting data migration, and setting up integrations.
  2. Creating business plans and supporting documents to ensure alignment with company goals.
  3. Managing high-value projects with significant customer impact.
  4. Solving complex business problems across multiple systems and domains.
  5. Providing strategic direction and planning for current and future business environments.
  6. Identifying and developing cost-effective systems and procedures.
  7. Acting as a liaison between developers, architects, and customers.
  8. Supporting development teams with functionality questions, testing, training, and deployment planning.
  9. Guiding less experienced analysts.

The ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise in crew planning, scheduling, tracking, and crew rules (preferred).
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C++.
  • Experience in automating manual tasks with programming or macros.
  • Experience installing and configuring enterprise applications on AWS.
  • Database experience with Oracle or MongoDB.
  • SQL or PL/SQL query writing skills.
  • Knowledge of integration technologies like SOAP, XML, JSON, Postman.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Macros a plus) and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in airline crew scheduling or related systems (a plus).
