WHAT WILL YOU DO
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business problems and define data requirements
- Analyze large, unstructured datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities
- Develop advanced SQL scripts to extract, transform, and validate data from various sources
- Apply statistical and analytical techniques to forecast performance and support decision-making
- Identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Work with engineering and architecture teams to develop automated data solutions
- Deliver insights and reports in an agile environment, ensuring timely and accurate outputs
- Create clear, concise summaries of analytical findings for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Engage with all levels of the organization, from junior staff to senior leadership
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Native Spanish speaker and advanced level of English (C1)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst
- Proven experience translating business problems into data-driven solutions
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
- Solid understanding of financial services and key metrics
- Knowledge of statistics and change management processes
- Strong analytical thinking
- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools (highly valuable)
- Understanding of data governance, compliance, and security standards (highly valuable)
- Awareness of records management and data lifecycle policies (highly valuable)
