We are seeking an experienced Sales / GTM Recruiter based in Barcelona, Spain for a 4-month fixed-term contract .

• This role is site-based, requiring working from our Barcelona office 3 days a week, with 2 days flexible for remote work.

You will be part of a high-performing Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, takes pride in their work, and drives the recruitment process with a sense of urgency. They value diversity and aim to provide an exceptional experience for candidates and stakeholders.

What You Will Do

• Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for candidates, evaluate skills, and manage interview and offer processes.
• Act as an advisor to Sales leadership with strong communication skills and a strategic mindset.
• Maintain data integrity within our ATS Greenhouse.
• Prioritize building diverse teams and ensuring a fair and equitable candidate experience.
• Build and manage the candidate pipeline for assigned roles.
• Support the implementation of strategic recruitment initiatives.

The Experience You Bring

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within an in-house Talent Acquisition team.
• Recent experience in hiring in Barcelona.
• Experience building and nurturing stakeholder relationships.
• Passion for providing a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Self-driven with a sense of urgency.
• Strong negotiating and closing skills, especially with complex offers.
• Process-oriented, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Proven track record of sourcing and engaging Sales talent.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Greenhouse, Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, GEM, Brighthire.
• Experience in a high-growth tech environment.
• Experience recruiting Sales positions, ideally in a SaaS organization.
