We are looking for a SAP HR/FI-AP specialist for a hybrid project based in Madrid.

Job Description

The role involves defining, building, delivering, and maintaining finance business applications aligned with the client’s strategy, especially Cytric and its integration with systems such as Workady and S4H, covering the end-to-end process, supporting expense posting in SAP, and employee payment processes.

The Finance & People Solutions team enables Digital Business Solutions (DBS) and Digital Transformation Services (DTS) to improve client business performance through process automation. The team understands internal customer requirements and proposes solutions while maintaining standard processes and tools. They support the client organization to achieve outcomes like increased security, cost reductions, and improved quality of business processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying automated solutions for travel and expenses end-to-end.
  • Recommending system solutions based on high-level business requirements.
  • Validating detailed requirements and ensuring solutions meet expectations.
  • Analyzing impact on existing processes and tools.
  • Providing functional design, guidance, and support during solution development and testing.
  • Creating user documentation and educational materials.
  • Delivering solutions on time and supporting their implementation.
  • Providing application support and proposing enhancements.

Required skills include:

  • Over 2 years of experience with S4H and Cytric (or similar travel expenses tools), including participation in implementation projects, upgrades, migrations, and rollouts.
  • Experience with Cytric or other expenses tools (Concur, Coupa, etc.).
  • Knowledge of corporate support functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Experience with SAP TME, SAP HR, and SAP FI-AP, including integration with SAP HR.
  • Degree in Finance & Accounting.
  • Experience working with external teams.
