We are looking for a person who would like to join us at Viking Assistance and help us continue fostering a positive and healthy culture while starting operations at our new site in Fuengirola. What do we expect from you:

  1. Coaching and competence development.
  2. Assisting and coaching employees to provide top-notch service to our customers.
  3. Implementation of new procedures, projects, and customers.
  4. Personnel responsibility administration such as timesheets, salary files, and absences.
  5. Experience in following service levels, KPIs, and SLAs.
  6. Follow-up on quality and deviations, planning, and execution.
  7. Creating and maintaining instructions and operations manuals.
  8. Resource management, shift planning, and maintenance.
  9. Covering for other team leaders.
  10. Working closely with other departments within Viking Assistance Group.

What qualifications we are looking for:

  1. Extensive experience in leadership or supervision within a call center.
  2. Solid experience in the customer service sector.
  3. Previous team leadership experience or a desire to step into such a role.
  4. Fluent in one or more Nordic languages, both spoken and written.
  5. Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  6. Experience working in a changing environment.
  7. Ability to switch from detail-oriented to a helicopter perspective when necessary.
  8. Experience in recruitment.
