Your primary responsibility will be ensuring accurate and timely payment of our Primos, including post-payroll payments. You will develop strong relationships with global and local payroll vendors, HR partners, and finance and accounting teams.

You will have opportunities to lead or participate in projects focused on continuous improvement to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.

You are experienced in building, reviewing, and executing payrolls on a weekly and monthly basis.

Your approach is detail-oriented, customer-focused, proactive, and capable of resolving issues quickly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Validate trial runs by local vendors and identify discrepancies.
  • Resolve discrepancies with technical or business teams, implement corrective actions, and retest as needed.
  • Prepare and process on-cycle and off-cycle payrolls, including severance packages.
  • Reconcile and transmit payroll data across vendor and bank interfaces.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payments to Primos and third parties.
  • Respond to inquiries within service level agreements.
  • Act as the main contact for local payroll vendors.
  • Complete SOX controls to ensure data integrity.
  • Prepare and review payroll-related journal entries and coordinate with finance teams.
  • Document and update payroll processes.
  • Manage Primo Investment files and serve as POC for the Structure Cost team.
  • Lead or participate in process improvement projects within the payroll team.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • At least 3 years of experience in multi-country payroll processing within a Shared Services Center.
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Knowledge of accounting/finance; experience in HR payroll or accounting preferred.
  • Understanding of Swiss or Belgian legislation is a plus.
