The Role
As an Account Manager, you will build and maintain relationships with GiG partners by understanding their operations, goals, and development strategies. You will proactively identify ways to contribute to their success while sharing your business knowledge and enjoying a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure operators’ satisfaction by meeting their requests and needs according to standards.
- Gather and communicate operator requirements, collaborating with Project Managers and Stakeholders for effective delivery.
- Balance operator needs with organizational goals.
- Upsell, negotiate, and review new product and service contracts, ensuring delivery.
- Build long-term relationships with high-level decision-makers through regular communication.
- Attend meetings and visit operators to discuss growth opportunities and improve product delivery and service quality.
- Provide ongoing product-specific training to operators in the portfolio.
- Represent the company at international conferences and industry events.
- Identify growth opportunities for operators and present relevant products and services.
- Follow up on operators’ projections and results.
- Communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders.
- Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas for improvement to exceed sales quotas.
- Forecast and monitor key account metrics, such as sales results and forecasts.
- Prepare regular account status reports based on KPIs.
- Identify and cultivate opportunities within the territory, collaborating with sales teams.
- Assist with high-severity requests or escalations as needed.
Preferred languages : Spanish and English.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager with relevant iGaming expertise.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Eagerness to learn and stay updated with industry news and trends, translating insights into business and technical requests.
- Experience with Online Sportsbook is a plus.
- Experience using CRM or Business Intelligence tools is a plus.
