We are selecting profiles to fill the position of Operario/a Preparación Pintura at our Aerotecnic Composites plant (El Puerto de Santa María, Cádiz). The selected person will primarily perform the following tasks:

1. Surface sanding and cleaning of elements prior to painting.
2. Masking of elements.
3. Surface defect repair (pores and craters).
4. Touch-up painting of small areas.
5. Support to the aeronautical painting process.
6. Carry out the painting process according to applicable regulations.

Profile we are looking for:

Education: CFGM or CFGS in bodywork or similar, with certified training in aeronautical or industrial painting. Basic health and safety training (20h) for the specific job.

Experience: Minimum 1 year performing the described functions.

Computer skills: Basic Excel, SAP, and tablet use for data recording.
