About the Role

At La Mútua dels Enginyers, a mutual social security organization offering personal insurance and savings products to protect individuals against major contingencies, we seek to add a member to our customer service team. We aim to bring in talent that can deliver an excellent experience to mutualists and promote our insurance and savings products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inquiries, administrative procedures, and processes related to mutualist care.
  • Assist and advise mutualists on our insurance and financial products and services.
  • Identify sales opportunities and promote products and services that meet mutualists' needs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure an optimal mutualist experience.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in service and processes.
  • Preferably university degree.
  • Level II in Insurance Distribution.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales within the insurance or financial sector.
  • Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish, both oral and written.
  • Digital skills : familiarity with office tools and customer management software.
  • Valuable : knowledge of new technologies.
  • Teamwork.
  • Customer orientation, quality focus, and results-driven.
  • Effective communication and empathy.
  • Problem-solving and conflict management skills.
  • Integrity and commitment to mutualist values.
