About the Role
At La Mútua dels Enginyers, a mutual social security organization offering personal insurance and savings products to protect individuals against major contingencies, we seek to add a member to our customer service team. We aim to bring in talent that can deliver an excellent experience to mutualists and promote our insurance and savings products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inquiries, administrative procedures, and processes related to mutualist care.
- Assist and advise mutualists on our insurance and financial products and services.
- Identify sales opportunities and promote products and services that meet mutualists' needs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure an optimal mutualist experience.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in service and processes.
- Preferably university degree.
- Level II in Insurance Distribution.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales within the insurance or financial sector.
- Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish, both oral and written.
- Digital skills : familiarity with office tools and customer management software.
- Valuable : knowledge of new technologies.
- Teamwork.
- Customer orientation, quality focus, and results-driven.
- Effective communication and empathy.
- Problem-solving and conflict management skills.
