Position Summary
Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing, the Content Manager leads the execution of the client's content strategy, including development and content creation across various channels to enhance awareness, engagement, traffic, and conversions.
A core aspect involves creating content for digital channels such as web, social media, videos, emails, blogs, and newsletters. The Content Manager will edit all content for internal and external audiences, track content performance, and make strategic adjustments to optimize results.
The role involves collaboration with internal teams and external partners to develop content and support marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Cross-Functional & Agency Collaboration
- Act as the primary contact for website-related developer tickets, providing assets and clarification.
- Coordinate with SEO and paid media agencies to implement strategies and review content.
- Support franchisee requests related to website functionality and search visibility.
- Align project goals with internal and external stakeholders.
Content Development & Management
- Upload content to CMS, including landing pages, blogs, and updates.
- Perform QA testing on staging environments for layout, links, responsiveness, and accuracy.
- Collaborate using Figma for landing page design and content input.
Ticket & Workflow Management
- Create Jira tickets for development requests.
- Follow up on tickets to ensure timely completion.
- Manage content tasks in Wrike, such as SEO pages and updates.
Testing & Optimization
- Design and oversee A/B tests to evaluate engagement.
- Analyze results and report insights.
- Set up GA4 tags and triggers as needed for tracking.
- Create GA4 reports or extract data upon request.
Internal Communications
- Draft communications and guides for franchisees regarding new features or tools.
- Maintain clear and consistent messaging aligned with operational goals.
Qualifications
- Native or near-native English proficiency.
- At least 2 years of marketing experience in content writing and management.
- Experience with enterprise-grade web content management platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
