Sought after individuals will be responsible for acquiring new properties, assisting clients throughout the listing process, and managing their own buying leads.

  • Main Responsibilities :
  • Identify potential properties through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, prospective sellers, and potential buyers.
  • Conduct property assessments and provide pricing recommendations based on market analysis.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling listing presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with sellers to develop effective marketing strategies for their properties.
  • Stay informed about local real estate market trends and industry developments.

Requirements

  • Prior Experience : Preferred but not mandatory.
  • Interpersonal Skills : Strong negotiation skills are essential.
  • Self-Motivation : A proactive approach to business development is crucial.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
  • Languages : Fluency in English is essential. Multilingual abilities, particularly in Norwegian, French, or Italian, are preferred.

A commission-based structure offers high earning potential based on performance. This role is 100% commission-based with no fixed salary.
