International Business Expansion Manager

As an International Business Expansion Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing new services in the international market. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Conducting ongoing market research to identify areas of improvement and new business opportunities.
  • Defining the value proposition, product / market strategy, and sales strategy.
  • Attending sector fairs and conferences to establish relationships with potential partners.
  • Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with key partners.
  • Managing the complete sales cycle and contributing to service optimization efforts.

You will work closely with our Communication and Back Office teams to ensure the effective implementation of our new service, aligning with our agreed agenda.

Skillset :

  • At least two years of professional experience in commercial or marketing roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar field.
  • Strong command of English (C1 level) for communication and writing.
  • Prior international experience is an asset.

What We Offer :

  • A flexible work schedule from 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM, except for Fridays, summer, and Christmas when the working schedule will be intensive.
  • A competitive salary package, up to €40K-€45K per year, based on your background and qualifications.
  • A 100% in-person role in Pamplona, Spain, with reasonable international travel frequency.
