What are we looking for? Our IT Service Management unit is growing, and we seek a ServiceNow Architect.

This role requires solid experience as a CSM Architect to support cross-functional design issues, with a special focus on the ‘OnePortal’ integration between Adobe and ServiceNow.

In this project: You will join the Digital Transformation area of a global company specializing in SaaS technology for the travel industry.

The Solution Architect will work within a small team of specialists, supporting Business Analysts and a senior developer.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and leading solution architecture on the ServiceNow CSM platform.
  • Coordinating and executing integration between the ServiceNow CSM portal and OnePortal (Adobe), including data modeling and synchronization.
  • Collaborating with development, integration, and product teams to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Participating in design sessions, providing strategic and technical insights.
  • Ensuring compliance with architecture, security, and scalability standards.
  • Proposing improvements to optimize service flows and user experience.
  • Documenting architecture, integration diagrams, and key processes.

Technical & Functional Experience: Proven experience as a ServiceNow CSM Architect with strong technical and functional knowledge, including designing CSM portals and integrating ServiceNow with external systems. Experience with Adobe or similar solutions, data flows, APIs, and service-oriented architectures (REST, SOAP). Excellent communication skills and advanced English proficiency.
