The Asset Manager, as part of the Operations Onboarding Area, is a critical team member responsible for ensuring the seamless transition of assets, sites, or projects from development and acquisition phases to full operational status. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and project management capabilities to ensure that all aspects of onboarding—spanning technical, contractual, and operational readiness—are aligned with company standards and objectives. The ideal candidate will drive operational efficiency, maintain compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive site inspections to assess technical readiness for operations.
  • Identify, document, and report technical issues or deficiencies.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and operations teams to resolve technical gaps in alignment with organizational standards.
  • Review acquisition contracts and recommend revisions to align with Sonnedix standards and operational requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between contractors, engineers, and operational staff to prioritize and close open items efficiently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in project onboarding, technical project management, or operational roles.
  • Familiarity with operational and maintenance standards and processes.
  • Proficiency in using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and project management tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in reviewing and negotiating contracts.
