What will your mission be?

Drive innovation and operational efficiency by integrating advanced technologies, focusing on artificial intelligence development and adapting to the evolving technological landscape.

Responsibilities include:

1. Define the IT and Digital strategy and operational planning to enhance business efficiency, aligned with functional areas.
2. Evolve technological capabilities, including AI solutions, to improve decision-making and operations.
3. Ensure information security and process efficiency.
4. Manage external partners according to group requirements.
5. Manage IT asset lifecycle and departmental budget (OPEX/CAPEX).

Functions include:

1. Lead digital transformation projects aligned with company goals.
2. Evaluate and adapt IT infrastructure to support growth.
3. Develop and train IT teams, fostering knowledge sharing.
4. Prepare and monitor budgets.
5. Report on KPIs and project progress.
6. Manage relationships with external partners.

What will make you successful?

• Higher education degree or bachelor's in technology or related field.
• Master's in information technology management.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• More than 5 years in a similar role.
• Strategic vision of IT aligned with business goals.
• Leadership skills to manage diverse teams and drive change.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Change management experience.
