The Role : Project Manager

As our Project Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Real Estate to support renovation projects from beginning to end. Your mission is to ensure every apartment we deliver is on-time, on-budget, and up to standard. You will gain real-world experience and develop skills in project execution, negotiation, budgeting, and stakeholder management.

What you will do :

• Renovation coordination – Support project execution from planning to delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes on every renovation.
• Contractor sourcing – Help select the best contractors and service providers to ensure top value and professionalism.
• Budget and quotations – Request and compare quotations, assist in negotiating terms, and support in building renovation budgets.
• Timeline optimization – Keep projects on track and help identify bottlenecks to speed up execution.
• Investor reporting – Prepare project updates and financial summaries to keep our investors informed and engaged.
• Team & partner communication – Be the go-to point of contact for contractors and suppliers, making sure everyone stays aligned.
• On-site quality control – Participate in site visits to ensure renovation standards and brand guidelines are met.

You are :

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Exceptionally organized, with a hands-on approach and strong follow-up skills.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, especially when it comes to budgets and quotations.
• Proactive and solution-driven, with a can-do attitude.
• Experience (or strong interest) in project management, real estate, construction, or design is a big plus.
