• Effectively network & be constantly up to date with competitor activity including trends, events, campaign
• Maintain an in-depth level of product knowledge
  
  

Operations

• Have advanced skills in the online sales and digital platforms
• Maintain an expert level of brand & product knowledge
• Assist customers in the fitting room in line with the company standard operating procedures
• Assist customers during till sales transactions in line with the company standard operating procedure

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• Energetic, passionate, and results-driven team player
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with proven management abilities
• Excellent organisational and communication skills with in-depth Brand image and visual merchandising knowledge and experience
• Experience in operations management
