DIGITAL SUCCESS MANAGER - Adobe Edge Delivery Services
MISSION
The chosen candidate will ensure the performance, continuous optimization, and development of websites built on Adobe Edge Services. They will guarantee the websites are user-focused, fast, scalable, and aligned with the company’s brand and communication goals. Acting as the key bridge between business vision and digital execution, the DSM ensures a seamless, modern digital presence that supports Sunstar’s global reputation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Among all their responsibilities, they will be responsible for :
- Oversee the end-to-end development and management of websites built on Adobe Edge Delivery Services
- Define, prioritize, and execute development roadmap using Agile project management
- Act as the product owner for Sunstar digital platforms using Adobe Edge Delivery Services
- Ensure best-in-class web performance, security, and UX aligned with Sunstar’s global brand strategy
Lead frontend development tasks and website enhancements
- Integrate APIs to deliver dynamic content, personalization, and analytics
Champion continuous learning and innovation in web technologies
- Stay updated on evolving best practices in frontend development, Adobe Edge Delivery Services, web performance, and the use of artificial intelligence to support operations
- Lead internal knowledge-sharing sessions with communication and tech teams
Collaborate cross-functionally to align digital infrastructure with business and communication needs
- Partner with business stakeholders to define web priorities and needs
- Translate stakeholder inputs into actionable web development deliverables
- Facilitate decision-making through clear technical insight and documentation
Measure and optimize performance
- Use analytics to track KPIs and user engagement
- Report insights and drive iterative improvements
- Proactively identify bugs, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Media, Web Development, or a related field is desirable
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in technical project management and web development
- Experience with A / B testing and related tools
- Proven track record with frontend development, API management, infrastructure projects, or equivalent
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, especially within global organizations, is a plus
- Previous exposure to customer-facing roles or internal stakeholder alignment, or a desire to grow customer-facing capabilities
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
