Position Overview

We are currently seeking a self-employed Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team and represent Golden Properties Spain across the Costa del Sol Occidental. This is a remote role ideal for someone who is committed and thrives in a client-facing, high-end market. You will be responsible for sourcing, listing, and selling properties, and guiding buyers through the entire property search and purchase process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with property searches, viewings, and negotiations
• Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and developers
• Provide expert guidance on the local real estate market
• Coordinate viewings and manage schedules
• Represent Golden Properties Spain with professionalism and integrity

Requirements

• Proven experience or strong interest in real estate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Spanish. Other languages such as Dutch and German are highly valued.
• Must have your own vehicle and valid driving licence
• Flexibility with working hours, especially to accommodate international clients
• Motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently
