Visit.org is seeking a passionate and dynamic Freelance In-Person Event Host in Madrid, Spain to join our Events team on a contract basis. The Event Host will facilitate interactive social impact experiences for our corporate partners during in-person events. This role is ideal for individuals with stage experience who are comfortable in front of a crowd and eager to contribute their skills to positively impact local communities worldwide. The successful candidate will be based in Madrid, Spain , possess corporate event experience, an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong passion for our mission, and the energy and discipline to thrive in a start-up tech environment.

Role & Responsibilities
Host engaging, fun, team-building social impact activities and events that support meaningful causes.
Welcome, engage, and inspire participants while supporting nonprofits in facilitating in-person events.
Qualifications
Based in Madrid, Spain
Available to work on a per-event contract basis
Comfortable interacting with groups and individuals, keeping events flowing and participants engaged
Energetic, charismatic, with a fun personality
Experience in acting, comedy, improv, or similar fields that involve engaging an audience is a plus but not required
Experience with group facilitation and managing group dynamics
High energy, positive attitude, and quick problem-solving skills
Enjoys public speaking and has excellent customer service and presentation skills
What We Offer
This is an in-person, per-event contract role based in Madrid, Spain . Candidates must be already residing in Madrid; no relocation packages are provided.
