What’s the job?
As Restaurant Manager, you’ll motivate your team in a fast-paced environment to deliver the exceptional outlet experience our guests expect. You’ll oversee and support a team of supervisors and manage the entire front of house operation. Reports to the Director of Food & Beverage.

Your day-to-day

  • Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation.
  • Ensure the food & beverage concept is well executed, guest and team expectations are met, and continuously seek improvements.
  • Update service offerings based on trends and guest preferences.
  • Engage positively with colleagues and guests.
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen team and Food & Beverage Director to ensure strong communication.
  • Manage food & beverage controls, including inventory, costs, sales analysis, and standards.
  • Ensure adherence to service standards and SOPs.
  • Follow cash handling procedures and manage stock items.
  • Train the food & beverage team in product and menu knowledge.
  • Lead ongoing service standards training and personal development.
  • Oversee food & beverage presentation to meet standards.
  • Conduct staff training and on-the-job coaching as needed.
What We Need From You
  • College or advanced training in food and beverage management.
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment, preferably in an independent restaurant or hotel outlet.
  • Fluency in the local language and English; German is a plus.
  • Proactive, positive, energetic, empathetic, team-oriented, passionate about service.
  • Knowledge of MICROS system and wine appreciation is advantageous.
