Key Responsibilities
Strategic Challenges: Optimize campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Bing, ASA) to maximize web conversions and app installs.
Results-Driven Focus: Manage key projects including employer sign-ups and in-app actions (CPI / CPA).
Innovation: Design keyword strategies, conduct A/B tests, and utilize advanced analytics to boost ROI.
Collaborative Culture: Work with cross-functional teams (data, creative, marketing) and grow professionally.
Flexibility: Remote model.
Key Requirements
4+ years managing large-budget, scalable campaigns.
Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
Experience in marketplaces, SaaS, or B2B (preferred).
Track record in app install campaigns and conversion metrics.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize strategies.
Advanced Spanish (preferred).
