Re : work is partnering with a high-growth global tech company looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to be the first TA Partner to join their upcoming hub in Spain.
This is a rare opportunity to come in at the ground level and help build a brand-new recruitment hub from scratch, while playing a pivotal role in scaling commercial teams across international markets, including Spain, Australia, and South Africa.
You’ll be the first Talent Acquisition hire on the ground in Spain, joining a small but high-performing global TA team. Reporting directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you’ll work closely with senior leaders with a big focus across sales and marketing to recruit for high-priority commercial roles. With the business growing key functions in Spain, you’ll help lead the charge in making this hub a success.
The business is growing fast internationally, so they’re after someone who’s comfortable navigating a fast-moving, sometimes scrappy recruitment environment. You’ll bring structure where it’s needed and collaborate closely with sales and marketing leaders to stay ahead of their hiring needs.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, loves building from zero, and knows how to juggle high-volume hiring while managing multiple priorities. It’s hands-on, strategic, and full of impact.
