Your Role at Yuki

As an Office Coordinator in our People & Office team, you will ensure the smooth operation of the office, handling administrative and organizational tasks. You will be the face of the office, welcoming guests, coordinating internal events, and supporting team activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing inventory and supplies
  • Welcoming guests with Yuki vibes
  • Maintaining an organized and tidy workspace
  • Coordinating internal events and happiness shots
  • Running office projects
  • Performing administrative tasks
  • Supporting team activities

What We Are Looking For:

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Excitement about being a cultural ambassador
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Flexibility, stress resistance, creativity, and organizational skills
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude
