Job Description: Vacancy for a Flight Test Crew position (TEST FLIGHT ENGINEER / TEST LOADMASTER) for Airbus DS Flight Operations in Sevilla. The successful applicant will join the Engineering Department.

Tasks & Accountabilities:

• Verify and operate AC systems during Acceptance (PATM, CAM, ISATM) and Development operations, both on ground and in flight as TFE / TLM.
• Support Flight Test during development phases as TFE / TLM, providing operational support to design.
• Test Preparation, Execution, and Analysis as Test Flight Engineer / Test Loadmaster on Airbus Aircrafts.

Required Skills:

• Advanced English required.
• Flight experience (above 2500 FH recommended) as FE / LM (FE preferred).
• EASA MEDICAL Cat 2 required; Cat 1 will be additionally valued.

Additional valued skills during evaluation:

• High operational military experience as FE / LM.
• Engineering degree or equivalent military education.
• Experience in aircraft development and production environment, with knowledge of all related processes.
• Flight Test and Functional Check Flight experience.
• Military Load Master Course.
• Experience as Military Aircraft maintainer (additional value).
• A400M and C295 experience as FE / LM.
• A310, A330, A330 MRTT, CN-235 experience (additional value).
• Experience as Air refuelling operator or observer (additional value).
• Crew Resource Management Training.
• Dangerous Goods Course.
• Spanish language skills (valuable).
