Responsibilities

  • Assist in accelerating Crossmint’s growth by working closely with founders and leadership to:
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities with enterprise clients and startups.
  • Manage end-to-end enterprise sales processes, including contract negotiations and closing deals.
  • Act as a thought partner to clients, brainstorming innovative blockchain use cases impacting millions.
  • Develop and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Become a market and technical thought leader, staying informed on regulations and innovations.
  • Deeply understand the product and collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to influence the roadmap based on customer feedback.

About You

  • You have a proven sales record, preferably in a related industry, and are a natural salesperson.
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Minimum 3-10 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or management consulting, with deep knowledge of the web3 ecosystem.
  • Strong sales instincts, motivating teams and convincing clients to adopt our products.
  • Creativity and foresight in predicting industry trends.
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, thriving under pressure.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset capable of succeeding in a fast-paced environment and innovating business strategies.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with technical products or developer infrastructure.
  • Experience as a consumer of crypto services.
  • Entrepreneurial experience, such as starting a company.
