Under the supervision of the Supply Chain management, this role is responsible for leading, supporting, and optimizing the assigned resources within the team, identifying potential needs of the supply chain.

• Lead, coordinate, develop, support, and supervise the assigned team (Team allocation by families).
• Advise the team for decision-making in coordination with management.
• Establish strategic guidelines for the team – aligned with departmental and Fagor Arrasate directives.
• Coordinate the management of team resources and capabilities.
• Promote process and tool rationalization/optimization.
• Support strategic measures of Fagor Arrasate and Supply Chain.
• Identify potential needs in supply chain cost management.
• Monitor and support the execution of family tree strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and support negotiations.
• Anticipate and coordinate project planning.
• Evaluate, rationalize, and monitor supplier performance.
• Lead important negotiations with the team.
• Lead the development of the supplier panel based on Fagor Arrasate's needs.

Requisitos

• Formación: Ingeniería técnica con experiencia en el ámbito de compras.
• Dominio del inglés.
• Disponibilidad para viajar.
• Conocimiento del producto.
