Then we are looking for you! We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage our recruitment process and take care of the smooth running of the office - are you IN? : )

Tasks on the position are :

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from job brief to contract signing.
  • Source and attract candidates using diverse platforms.
  • Ensure timely hiring while maintaining a strong focus on candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring manager to define recruitment strategies and improve sourcing and interview processes.
  • Identifying the best talents in Barcelona and other local offices.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Help implement recruitment initiatives to optimize performance and employer visibility.
  • Performance management in cooperation with the team leaders and managers.
  • Ensuring the smooth running of Barcelona office (maintenance, equipment, suppliers, catering, office budgets, health & safety compliance and ensure the office remains well-organized and fully stocked).
  • Organization of unforgettable company events.

What We're Looking For :

Must-Have :

  • Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, with at least 1 year in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • High level of organization and adaptability; eager to learn and grow.

Nice-To-Have :

  • Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing.
  • Exposure to fast-paced hiring environments or scaling teams.

Our starting salary for this position is 25 000€ gross / year + quarterly bonus based on individual performance.
