Appfire is seeking an experienced Sr. Channel Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing team.

At Appfire, our Channel Partners are a key driver of our growth, generating the majority of our revenue. This high-visibility role offers a significant opportunity to influence the business by developing and executing strategic partner marketing initiatives.

The Sr. Channel Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams in channel management and marketing to implement effective partner marketing strategies aligned with our business goals. Your daily responsibilities will include :

  • Developing and executing partner, through-partner, and co-marketing campaigns to enable partners in marketing and selling our products and solutions effectively.
  • Understanding partners' business priorities to identify opportunities for joint campaigns, initiatives, and thought leadership that increase awareness of our expanding footprint.
  • Providing strategic guidance and support to partners on joint marketing efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment.
  • Collaborating with channel management, marketing, and marketplace teams to identify market opportunities and initiatives that broaden our market reach and impact.
  • Designing and scaling co-marketing programs, including joint events, webinars, digital marketing, and thought leadership activities that generate revenue and enhance partner engagement.
  • Managing and optimizing the co-marketing budget to ensure resources are allocated to high-impact programs.
  • Defining, tracking, and analyzing KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of channel marketing initiatives, including lead generation, solution adoption, and revenue impact.
  • Acting as a liaison between channel and marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment on messaging, content, and initiatives.

Skills and experience required :

  • At least 5 years of experience in channel or partner marketing.
  • A deep understanding of B2B tech partner ecosystems, channel dynamics, and co-marketing best practices.
  • Proven success in building, executing, and scaling marketing programs across multiple channels and audiences.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with partners and internal teams, with the ability to align strategies for mutual success.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Experience engaging with senior executives and influencing strategic initiatives.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a team player with leadership qualities.
  • A dedication to enhancing client and colleague experiences, recognizing that exceptional work serves others.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs, viewing change as an opportunity for growth.
  • Effective communication skills, especially in remote / hybrid settings using tools like Slack, Zoom, and G Suite, and through occasional in-person events.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and people development skills.
