Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager with a solid track record delivering complex technology initiatives involving multiple Agile teams, ideally across international and cross-functional environments (USA & Europe).

This role is focused on strategic coordination, cross-team alignment, and end-to-end project delivery. You won’t be leading daily standups or Agile ceremonies — instead, you’ll be driving execution across teams, integrating their work into a unified, successful outcome. Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of large-scale technology projects.
• Coordinate the work of multiple Agile teams and ensure cohesive delivery.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, blockers, and changing priorities.
• Track progress using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Project.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and manage expectations effectively.
• Ensure projects stay on track in terms of timelines, scope, and deliverables.
• Act as a servant leader, helping teams stay productive and removing obstacles.
• Navigate dynamic environments and adapt quickly to change.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Communications, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in technical project management (web/app development).
• Proven success managing complex, multi-team Agile projects.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Project.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working across geographies and time zones (USA & Europe).

Nice to Have

• PMP certification.
• Experience with SAP
• Background in multinational or distributed team environments.
