Job Description :

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Contract Management Specialist to help us manage and optimize our contracts in Spain, Portugal, and Latin America. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid work. If you are passionate about contract law and eager to work in an international environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities :

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies.
  • Manage contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal and maintain records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support procurement activities.
  • Provide legal advice and support on procurement-related matters.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with stakeholders across different time zones.
  • Support the Procurement Excellence Team in other activities, such as data gathering, preparation of tenders, sustainable procurement, etc.

Qualifications :

  • University graduate in a related discipline; a law degree or equivalent is desirable.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in contract management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and procurement processes.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Desirable familiarity with contract management software.
  • Flexibility to accommodate meetings with Latin America (some early evening hours may be required).
