1. Develop fertilizer sales plans, investigate and research the international fertilizer market, and collect information about local farmer customers in the target market.
2. Contact and approach potential customers, negotiate contracts, complete contract signing, and achieve annual sales targets.
3. Track the implementation of signed contracts (production, transportation, foreign exchange collection, etc.) and address related issues promptly.
4. Manage international customer relationships, including contact, meetings, receptions, and visits.
5. Supervise customer payment recovery to reduce accounts receivable.
6. Assist customers in developing sales policies and promoting sales.
Job requirements:
1. Degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, Pesticide Science, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in agriculture or fertilizer industries.
3. Willing to undertake international business trips.
4. Good communication skills and strong execution ability.
5. Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in a foreign language for direct communication with foreigners.
6. Must be a local citizen.
