WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business problems and define data requirements.
  2. Analyze large, unstructured datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
  3. Develop advanced SQL scripts to extract, transform, and validate data from various sources.
  4. Apply statistical and analytical techniques to forecast performance and support decision-making.
  5. Identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  6. Work with engineering and architecture teams to develop automated data solutions.
  7. Deliver insights and reports in an agile environment, ensuring timely and accurate outputs.
  8. Create clear, concise summaries of analytical findings for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  9. Engage with all levels of the organization, from junior staff to senior leadership.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Native Spanish speaker and advanced level of English (C1).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
  • Proven experience translating business problems into data-driven solutions.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • Solid understanding of financial services and key metrics.
  • Knowledge of statistics and change management processes.
  • Strong analytical thinking.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools (highly valuable).
  • Understanding of data governance, compliance, and security standards (highly valuable).
  • Awareness of records management and data lifecycle policies (highly valuable).

Workplace: Remote work within Spanish territory.

Work Schedule: Office hours.
