Key Responsibilities

The Quality IT Specialist is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction through effective KPI dashboard implementation. This role involves analysing customer requirements, designing and implementing KPI systems and dashboards. The specialist will closely collaborate with both business and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project success, focusing on customer experience requirements.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyse business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and develop data models and KPI dashboards using tools such Power BI, SQL, and DAX.
  • Manage and track project progress, and ensure effective communication between business and internal teams to facilitate project success.
  • Supporting the deployed solutions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, data modeling, and KPI dashboard design.
  • Strong knowledge of requirements engineering, process design, and quality standards improvement processes. Proven ability to manage projects and drive process improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with business and internal teams.
  • Fundamental knowledge of IT operations.
  • Proficient in English, with a minimum level equivalent to B2.
