Job Description :

Position : Data and AI Regulatory Intelligence Expert

Location : Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid 2 days onsite a week)

Duration : Long Term Contract

Responsibilities :

• Advise on and support AZ Regulatory intelligence tool implementation, including scope, requirements mapping, and approach.
• Define and document AZ Enterprise Data and AI Regulatory Intelligence Framework, including :
• Operational Model for Regulatory Intelligence capability services and consumer groups.
• Regulatory change impact risk scoring matrix.
• Align functional regulatory change impact templates and map functional requirements to a unified enterprise impact assessment template for Regulatory Intelligence.
• Establish a regular feedback cadence from stakeholders to Regulatory Intelligence.
• Review horizon scanning processes and recommend centralization strategies.
• Provide regulatory interpretation and guidance on mandatory requirements.
• Ensure adherence to compliance monitoring and enforcement regarding regulatory change processes and procedures.
• Maintain AI and Privacy regulatory knowledge.

Requirements :

• Proven experience advising on and implementing regulatory intelligence tools and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of AI and Privacy regulations.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze regulatory changes and assess impact effectively.
