We have an exciting opportunity to join our Customs Clearance team as a Clearance Broker.

What you will be doing:

1. Review shipment data to understand customer and regulatory requirements, ensuring documentation accuracy and completeness.
2. Create accurate and legally compliant clearance declarations using in-house systems.
3. Contact customers or government agencies for clarification when needed.
4. Resolve routine customer and customs disputes.
5. Build effective relationships with customers and advise on the best clearance services.
6. Work within tight deadlines in a busy office environment.

What do you bring with you:

• Strong team skills and experience contributing to team performance in a busy office.
• Knowledge of clearance principles, import/export processes, and regulatory requirements; experience with CHIEF entries and commercial flight processing is desirable.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and sound numerical decision-making within deadlines.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC skills.
