We seek individuals with technical support experience to provide support services for the Auth0 SaaS solution. This role involves working closely with customers to resolve issues and maintain relationships, requiring passion and energy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain customer implementations of Auth0 SaaS, resolving technical and non-technical issues promptly.
  • Own customer issues from troubleshooting to resolution.
  • Manage support tickets to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Work in a dynamic support team, exceeding customer expectations.
  • Use your technical skills to solve complex problems and promote best practices.
  • Create documentation for support processes and troubleshooting.
  • Report bugs and collaborate with Engineering on product issues.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer success.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in technical support or software development, or 2-5 years as a business / technical analyst in software projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated to learn complex concepts quickly.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Customer-focused attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive in identifying and solving potential issues.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement.

Technical Domain Focus

  • Knowledge of software development fundamentals and architectures.
  • Understanding of HTTP, encryption, and security concepts.
  • Familiarity with authentication and authorization protocols such as OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, LDAP, etc.

Shifts

  • Potential rotation for weekend and on-call shifts to ensure 24 / 7 support.
