Objective of the Position

We are seeking professionals to join our team as Manufacturing Process Engineers for aerospace components, focusing on the development and industrialization of large radial structures.

Main Responsibilities

1. Define manufacturing processes for new components, including creating manufacturing routes, solid models, instructions, and work guides.
2. Identify and implement improvements to industrialize products, reducing time, costs, and non-quality expenses.
3. Support production and drive continuous process improvements.
4. Implement new technologies and planned enhancements to increase competitiveness.
5. Identify process control variables to maintain sustainable results.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technologies, or similar; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in manufacturing processes, especially in welded assemblies.
• Skills: Drawing interpretation, 3D modeling (preferably Siemens NX), statistical analysis, and knowledge of Teamcenter and SAP.
• Languages: Spanish (First Certificate level or equivalent).
• Valued but not essential: Nickel or titanium machining, welding, dimensional verification, NDT techniques.
• Personal qualities: Teamwork, coordination, communication, autonomy, proactivity, results orientation, adaptability, motivation for improvement, and willingness to work in a dynamic international environment.

Training Provided

• Manufacturing processes of aircraft engine static components.
• Tools and software for product and process management.
• Process data analysis (SPC, etc.).
• Aircraft parts quality management.
• Ergonomics and safety.
• Lean Manufacturing concepts.
