What You'll Do :

As a Senior Analyst in our AXSI team, you'll lead competitive intelligence initiatives and drive strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Lead Competitive Analysis : Dive deep into market trends, analyzing strategies employed by industry players to acquire budgets and launch campaigns with our clients.
  2. Client Consultations : Conduct in-depth discussions with clients to understand their testing processes and decision-making factors when evaluating different advertising solutions.
  3. Performance Testing : Design and implement sophisticated testing strategies to showcase Criteo's superior performance and value proposition.
  4. Strategy Development : Contribute to our pool of competitive strategies and help shape the roadmap for our competitive intelligence tools.
  5. Data-Driven Innovation : Leverage cutting-edge tech like Hadoop, Vertica, Tableau, Git, Python, and SQL to transform complex business challenges into groundbreaking solutions.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with commercial teams and clients to deliver insights that drive revenue and foster client success.

Who You Are :

  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics, with expertise in competitive intelligence and market analysis
  • Demonstrated experience leading and delivering strategic projects that directly impact business outcomes
  • Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools, with a track record of building scalable analytical solutions
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior analysts and managing complex stakeholder relationships
  • Strategic mindset with proven ability to translate complex market insights into actionable business strategies
  • Experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Track record of developing and implementing innovative analytical methodologies
  • Advanced problem-solving skills with experience tackling ambiguous business challenges
  • Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills and ability to influence at all levels
  • Eligible to work in Spain with no restrictions
