About The Role

Software Engineers at Gr4vy collaborate across product, engineering, design, and other teams. We operate in short two-week sprints, sharing and iterating on our work regularly.

Our platform primarily uses Python with FastAPI, along with React and Typescript for frontend development. We emphasize testing—unit, integration, and acceptance—to ensure quality and facilitate design decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute actively to team projects, following best coding practices.
• Be open to learning new backend design patterns.
• Influence tasks within your immediate team.
• Collaborate with the product manager to understand tasks.
• Work with support from senior engineers to understand problems and solutions.
• Review pull requests from peers to learn implementation approaches.

Requirements

Practical experience with coding, testing, and debugging in Python.
