What you will do :

The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks

As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a QA Specialist, you will be in charge of :

• Working with the QA team to achieve common objectives.
• Understanding the testing problems of development teams.
• Assessing gaps between teams’ current state and testing strategy.
• Proposing actions to close the testing gap, aligned with our vision and the priorities of teams.
• Researching and propose testing tools to complement the company stack.
• Evangelizing and train teams on our testing vision, strategy and practices to improve adoption.
• Collecting and provide up-to-date data on the testing status and gaps to enable informed decisions regarding prioritization of proposed actions
• Strategically help teams with testing activities such as testing plans, test cases automations, etc.

What you need to succeed :

Good to have

• Strong QA Foundation : Proven experience and deep knowledge in manual and automation testing, including the ability to develop robust automated frameworks.
• Testing Expertise : Solid understanding of testing best practices, the Practical Test Pyramid, and various functional testing techniques (exploratory, boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning).
• AI in Testing : Knowledge of how AI can be applied to enhance testing activities.
• Quality Advocacy : Ability to influence others and promote quality as a shared team responsibility, while remaining adaptable to change.
• Big Picture Thinking : Capacity to understand the broader impact of product changes.
