Location: Madrid, Spain. Hybrid

Job Description

We seek a Key Account Manager (KAM) with experience in Consumer Healthcare and Dermocosmetics sectors to manage and develop Parapharmacy, Wholesalers, and Pharmacy Purchasing Groups channels at a national level.

The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, possess strong analytical and negotiation skills, and be capable of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with parapharmacy chains, wholesalers, and pharmacy purchasing groups
  • Define and implement joint business plans for each key account
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, terms, and sales targets
  • Analyze sales and market data to identify growth opportunities
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and trade marketing teams for strategy execution
  • Prepare and deliver business presentations and reports to senior management

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role in Consumer Healthcare, OTC, or Dermocosmetics
  • Deep knowledge of the pharmacy and parapharmacy channel in Spain
  • English proficiency (B2/C1), both written and spoken
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and management skills
  • Willingness to travel nationally

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with dermocosmetic brands
  • Familiarity with CRM and data analytics tools
  • Background in Health Sciences, Marketing, or related fields
