Bartender

We are looking for a Bartender to join the opening team at SLS Barcelona. Under the guidance of the Head Bartender, you'll be a key player in crafting our awesome beverage lineup and making our place a total hit.

• Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
• To prepare and serve beverage orders according to recipes and service standards.
• To be fully knowledgeable about all bar products and cocktail recipes.
• Make whatever the mood calls for, from soft drinks to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons.
• To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all beverage items and prepare garnishes for each cocktail accordingly.
• To strictly adhere to opening and closing procedures established for the outlet and check beverage stock.
• To monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage.
• Know your product & systems inside out.
• To prepare mise‑en‑place and perform side duties.
• Work with the rest of team in keeping things running smoothly and tidily, for both table and bar service.

Qualifications

What we are looking for...

• 2 years of experience in hospitality within beverage.
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in Spanish and English.
