We are looking for a Junior HR Associate to join our team in Barcelona, reporting to the Regional People Lead. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth HR processes, enhancing employee experience, and promoting our company culture across the region. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Being the first point of contact for the People team regarding all HR-related queries.
  2. Supporting payroll management to ensure accurate and timely salary processing, in collaboration with our payroll team in London.
  3. Handling labor law issues to ensure compliance with current legal and regulatory standards.
  4. Overseeing HR administrative tasks, including drafting contracts and addendums, employment verification letters, and managing probation periods for employees with Spanish and Portuguese contracts.
  5. Managing HR-related tickets across the European region, with a focus on Southern Europe.
  6. Managing employee benefits such as meal vouchers and transportation allowances.
  7. Acting as the Workday Master to ensure accurate data management and process improvements.
  8. Leading and enhancing onboarding, offboarding, and relocation processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
  9. Serving as the first point of contact for the Barcelona office, fostering a welcoming environment.
  10. Continuously seeking opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience.
  11. Promoting a positive and inclusive work environment as a culture champion.

Qualifications: About You

  1. At least 12 years of HR administration experience in Spain, preferably in an international environment.
  2. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  3. Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems is a plus.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement and employee engagement.
  7. Fluency in English and Spanish; additional European languages such as French are a plus.
